Design Layout in HTML / Javascript of Website(repost)

We would like you to create a great user friendly design for our autoresponder service.

Requirements:

1) Make a 3-page like [url removed, login to view] but for the free trial, get only name and email. Gather content from [url removed, login to view] and include it too. Only content change should be to change name to mailstrom . Your design should be eye catching, business like, professional and similar to [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view] but sufficiently different that it is not a copy.

2) Make a user area including all the features currently in aweber using nice hover and drop down menus to edit lists. Also lay out the lists, blog contents, editing area in a nice format, very easy for users to use, but different than aweber. Logo top left is for [url removed, login to view]

I estimate 10-15 pages will be sufficient to give us the templates needed to put the programming in.

Will need you to keep revising until we are satisfied. We needed the designs yesterday so hopefully we'll like the first designs you get.

Note, this is 90% layout design using colors, tables, etc. and not graphics. Deliverable is in html files where we can navigate between the templates.

Please confirm that you can start immediately and have first design in 24-48 hours AND provide 3-4 samples of layouts you've done of similar types of navigation (hover menus, drop down menus, nice easy flowing designs)
