Auto Shipping Confirmation to Google Checkout (Level 2)

We have added two scripts to our osCommerce which automatically generate shipping labels (in batches of 8 orders), sending shipping confirmation to the customers via Email, then chang the order status to "Shipped".

We need to send the same notification process to Google Checkout, ie: pass the tracking No to Google Checkout server; and change the order status (at the Google Checkout server) to Posted; then archive the order (at the Google Checkout server).

Please only bid if you have experience with Google Checkout as We are looking for a quick fix.
