Wordpress Bot needs Repairing

Hi,
Before proceeding please be aware that my website is of pornographic nature so if you are under the age of 18 years old or easily offended please don’t continue. I am currently running a PHP auto bot that scrapes video data from an affiliate site and posts it up on my blog. My autobot currently scrapes a title, video, description and tags for each post that it makes on my site. This can viewed if you visit the homepage of my site. For some reason when the autobot scrapes the tags from the affiliate site it doesn't seem to be scraping all of the TAGS and inserting them into the video posts. This seems to be happening occasionally only as far as im aware so not all the video posts are affected.
At the moment the autobot inserts videos into categories found on my website, i created these categories. I need to also know what the autobot is doing if/when it is finding videos which have tags which don’t match up to any of the categories i have on my site? Is that video being dismissed totally?
I also need someone to make sure my ‘404 Page Not Found’ page is working properly so the Google Bot knows what’s going on when a page is not found. I have discovered that i think at the moment my website just displays a standard ‘not found’ page instead. I will provide some links to pages which are saying not found.I will give the chosen coder the login details for my word press site and my affiliate site. I also have the source code files for the autobot which is written in PHP.
Please read the attached notepad file which shows two examples of videos that don't have all the tags included in them that have been posted to my site previously.
