Contact form and simple site tweaks

Very Simple.
I have a contact form on the site. The html template came with a php file for the form, but I have not been able to configure it correctly. I need help with that.
I tried to change the header font, but it affected the body text of the site also. I want to make the header lower case, and also change the font.
Some other very minor tweaks can come up.
Site will be available on request.
I need this done in a day, it's very little work. Shouldn't be stressful. Payment will be no problem provided the job is well done. Lowest bidder wins.
