I have a website [url removed, login to view] a developer was working on it but he left it incomplete site is almost complete just want someone to fix the design (fixing of advertising banners) and make it as it is in attachment (no need to add "switch to mobile website") and add a function that is in the middle of the layout simillar to the one that is on this site [url removed, login to view]
