Showing news and info about our organization, and a member area to view news and receive email.
Admin panel
- Either from CMS admin area or custom coded to enter news, update content and able to send message with email and option to listed in news page
- Able to upload premium member content, mostly in .doc or .pdf. Click and download.
Normal Member:
- Can see news only for normal member, another menu.

News = news that uploaded to website
Message = message sent to all user using email.
