Automatic Site creator built within a members area

I am looking for someone to create a program for my members area that will be able to create a niche site for my users within a few simple steps. All the templates for the sites being built will be put into the system by myself and more will be added on a monthly basis as new niche sites are created. Sites being created will be squeeze pages. i have a script that does alot of the steps i am wanting so you might be able to simply use this script i have as a starting template to work off of and build from. Here is an example of what the site will do: The user, once in the members area, will select the niche and template within that niche they want to use and click next. next, the user will enter their clickbank id and also pick their autoresponder they use, and enter their autoresponder campaign id and campaign name they want their leads to be sent to once people opt in to their squeeze page. hoping to be able to use aweber, and get response for sure. also, hoping to integrate some other autoresponders into the system in the future. and then they click next. on the next page, they can add and/or remove the text that is already pre-populated onto the squeeze page they are creating and also have a section where they can add keywords they want within their page as well that are added to the "keyword" section within the html of the site. all the squeeze pages are pre-made by myself for the system and more will be added for users on a monthly basis or as i have new templates available to add. once they finish this step, they can simply click on create site, and all the info they entered will be added to the template and they will get a link to the page they just created immediately as the site is created within the system. also, the site they created goes into their members area under the "My sites" section. this section has an image of each template they have created and the link to their page next to it. they can then take that link and send traffic to their page to build their email list. once someone opts in to their page, they are put on that persons email list and forwarded through to a clickbank offer for that particular niche that is being targeted. their will be more than one clickbank product for each of these niche squeeze pages and each person that opts in, will see a different offer since they will be forwarded through a rotator that simply plugs in the members clickbank id these offers that they are being forwarded to. more explanation on this if needed.
once the user has created a site, they can either use the link that they are given, or they can put their template up on their own domain. there will be a button next to each that says "upload via FTP". if the user opts to put the site up on their own domain, they can simply enter their own FTP details for that site they created, and click on upload. the site will then be uploaded directly to the directory they entered, but i would like the site that is installed to be coded where it is still linked back where it is using the link that was built for them in the members area, such as using an iframe template, or something similar. i have an iframe template i can show you that might be able to be used.
also, if i decide to deactivate and re-activate users. more on this when we chat.
