Adsense Revenue Sharing installation

Many adsense revenue sharing scripts are available online (Google Adsense API for example...but does not apply to this site) and we would like to incorporate this feature with the user accounts.
Mainly:
- in the account profile there will be a box to add your adsense publisher account #
- on every page associated with that user account, (Job Posts and Company Profile) adsense ads will rotate 50/50 between the publisher account owned by [url removed, login to view] and that of the user.
- All other pages will be 100% Alwaysajob pub-ID.
- If no adsense pub_ID is given by the user, 100% will be Alwaysajob's pub-ID
- Need the ability to change the % if needed in the future to give more to the users.
We are looking for something similar to the rev share used on DigitalPoint forums.
