CCTV capture control from VB

i want someone to write me a program in VB which tell 2 CCTV camera to capture images and convert them to jpeg or bmp and place them in a dedicated folder. i also need that those picture will be stamped by inserting a set of text data on top of it and the data will come from text file(.txt) that my existing VB program produced everytime the capturing process is triggered, the text that will be inserted are such as sequence number, time and date etc. I dont care whether you want to use a pci dvr card or a standalone dvr as long as the program work!. Maybe you can start the interface by creating 2 button, one labeled capture and the other is cancel. When we click the capture button, both camera will capture a still picture then stamped it with the text provided and saved the product in dedicated folder with running id number.... if the program work, i will combined the source code to my existing program and thanks a lot man... you saved my day... and of course my appreciation will worth your effort...
