Convert VB App to Macintosh

I have an application that is written in Visual Basic and I would like to port this to Macintosh to expand our market base. The current application is a library automation solution for cataloging, check in/out, ect... The program retrieves its data from a MS SQL Server installed on the main server. The program also allows inventory via a wireless hand scanner that outputs a strait text file. The program also uses wand scanners and others. The program is very large and complex and more details canbe provided when you bid if you feel that you can, in fact complete this project. Comments as well as bids are accepted. Any advice is welcome.

Full source code, compliled application, phsical media (CD-R), autorun presentation, help file and manual, installer package.
## Deadline information
Right now only bids and comments are accepted, depending on how the application is accepted by the general public this may or may not happen. This is just a research misson to see how much this will cost short of hiring a dedicated Macintosh programmer.
