We would like a software or an iPhone app that can read Google calendar events in a special manner.
We use Google Calendar for our equipment booking system. We have one calendar for each location where we rent out products.
As you can see on the attached screenshot, we write up the customers name as the "event" name, and in the "location" field, we enter the products the customer rents.
What we need is preferably some software or an iPhone application that has the ability to give us out in numbers how many events in each day that has for example "prampak" in the location field. That would make it a lot easier for us to check that we are not overbooked for some products. Today we have to manually count in the calendar, which we think is a bit too "old-fashioned".
Google Calendar has a lot of possibilities when it comes to customization.
