Using Joomla 1.5 to build a daycare center website. I need a skilled PHP programmer with mySQL experience who is familiar with nBill's API.
Plan is to offer online tuition payment with the following requirements:
Option for partial payments and multiple payments, including bi-weekly and monthly payments.
1. Late fees to automatically generate effective 6:01pm Monday (requires nBill integration using their API)
a. $25 due the 1st day
b. Additional $10 day each day thereafter
2. Allow for year-end reports to be generated by user (handled by nBill)
3. Send automatic payment reminders by email on Friday and Monday.
MUST HAVE DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE WITH nBILL. DON'T APPLY OTHERWISE.
