Blackberry Application

We need a small blackberry application built.? This is a demo application.? There will be two functions.? Form data collection and user messages

The application will be a framework to collect data.? The framework will contain 3 (to start with) user forms.? The user will click on the application then have a list of forms to choose from.? After picking the form the user then enters data into the form.? The three forms will only be example forms for now and will each have 5 text fields, 3 pull down fields, and 2 radio button selections each.

Upon submitting the form the application shall send an email to an address with the form data.? (in the future this will push to a DB) but for the demo version just an email is good.

As part of the setup of the application the user shall login with a user name.? The application should include a way for other users to chat / message with other users by name or ALL users with a group broadcast.

We do have server space that the successful developer can use for the server side demo items.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
