Devlop A Fully Functional Press Release Script / Site

I want to develop a script much like prweb, and all the other press release scripts out there. I'd like for it to be mysql based or something similar to be able to handle millions of press releases without cluttering up the servers.

I want to develop a script much like prweb, and all the other press release scripts out there. I'd like for it to be mysql based or something similar to be able to handle millions of press releases without cluttering up the servers.

Here are some of the features:

1. Ability of a member to sign up to the website with a username password and create an internal profile which will include companies they are doing releases for type of content they submit etc. The idea is to be able to create a free profile but pay for the release itself. I'd like to be able to go in from an admin panel and be able to add / delete / modify these types of releases in the future. Obviously the higher and more expensive the release the higher priority it will have with a weight system

2. Ability for an admin to create, modify, delete categories and subcategories on the fly. When a member goes to submit a press release they will have to choose a category all the way down to the sub category.

3. The main page can display the different categories and some of the most recent articles that were submitted.

4. While submitting a press release a client can hotlink youtube videos or any other source of video, or upload them, same with images. I'd like for them to get a nice WYSIWYG editor that allows them to make their press release uniformed and formatted properly. I also want to incorporate tools that allow a press release client to properly seo their article and check it for search engine optimization.

5. Extensive backend admin panel that the admin or added moderator can use to approve or deny articles that are submitted, or delete articles. overall manage users and their accounts such as suspending them for a certain time, deleting them, or modifying them on the fly. This means there has to be a search function to go through articles or members and their accounts.

6. Rss Feed Aggregator Script - The entire purpose is to be able to allow other webmasters (outside venues) to add and customize news for their sites from ours to display our releases. Clients or anyone without having to login should be able to create a special feed that will let them display news in different formats, categories, or even background color etc. The idea is to make it so it can blend as naturally as possible for their site.

For Example: [url removed, login to view] (gets a special feed) ---> Jazz News ----> Code to put on website ---> Displays news in block.

I'd like for there to be numerous options for displaying the news and even include options to choose how many articles to be display whether just the subject is display or the entire article, and even a live scrolling bar that allows live news to feed across the screen displaying the entire article.
