Construct a front end /mid-section and rear-end trading platform for de-materialization
of bets.
Applicant would be required to submit a PowerPoint/written ([url removed, login to view]) presentation to
be submitted containing the technical data implemented in the construction of this
platform, the time frame required to build each stage of the platform, and the amount
to be charged for each section.
The project is needed in a short time frame although there may be a need by us to
elongate the time frame/number of stages within which project will be carried out.
Requirements are that Software Engineer MUST be able to manage their time very well.
MUST be VERY Professional in their approach to work. Payment will only be made upon
completion of each mutually agreed stage of the project after it has been demonstrated
to have fulfilled requirements of our company. WE WILL BE ENTITLED TO HAVE OUR OWN
ENGINEERS TEST EACH STAGE OF THE SOFTWARE BEFORE PAYMENT IS MADE.
Also there is expected to be a confidentiality agreement and an understanding that the
software and any licensing rights (Intellectual Property) it may possess will belong to
our company. We are desirous of starting the project as soon as possible.
We are open to suggestions and modifications that can be advanced for improvement of
the platform. Negotiations can be flexible to accommodate any unforeseen circumstances.
Furthermore, there is scope for a long-term agreement in which the engineer can provide
continued hosting/servicing/administration of platform services which gives a permanent
income stream.
