I have designed a HTML Template and need a php mysql programmer to make the functionality work.
Stage 1 needs the below:
1] User Management
- User Log in to view pages
- Add/edit/delete users [super admin]
- Assign users to a group [super admin]
2] Group Management
- add/edit/delete a group [super admin]
3] Menu and Page Management ( Top Menu and Side Menu )
- Add/Edit/Delete Menu links ( inc sub menu )
- Add/Edit/Delete pages
