Need someone to take the project I already have and comment the code it already has, make sure everything runs smoothly. Create more code so project works. There are some parts where the code is not working to save an item into the database, and other parts it saves.
Needs to validate the whole program with every function the program has.
Needs to fix the database table relations, and some fields in the database. Needs to know how to insert pdf, picture, and word document into database and display from webpage. There is a document where describes everything needed to be done for each page. There are 5 pages, with different functions. Most are repetitive. Upon bidding the document will be shown to verify that you still want the work and to adjust your bid accordingly.
Must work with making reports on a webpage, scroll bar, a maximum amount of reports per page example 10, 20, 50, 100 and then user will click on the next button.
Program must be in PHP and must be in Dreamweaver.
Must know MySql. Needs to be able to work with the database, to edit fields and connect the TABLES. The connection is working fine. Some fields require to upload a document (pdf, word or a jpeg). Currently the database only has varchar, enum, and TIMESTAMP.
Must follow instructions. I do not want to learn, I just want this project to be done. This project has code already written, must understand it, comment that code, and write some code of your own to complement what has already been done.

Upon bidding I will send all of the interested bidders the document where it will show every detail of what needs to be done.
Please no bids over $100, but if you understand the project is more than $100, then bid and depending on your ratings I will consider.
Because of previous experiences, I will only pay $10 for initial setup of project.
Also communication is a must. I want to see screenshots of the work being done. No need for teamviewer. I want to turn in the documents and the project and to receive it done.
Once the project is done and TURNED INTO ME(I have all the files for the project completed with your work), I will release the final payment.
