Require the development & database setup of a basic job board website very similar to 37 Signals Job Board ([url removed, login to view]).
Basic HTML/CSS wireframe for home (where all jobs will be listed), adding a job & job listing already exist.
No new design required. Use existing wireframe designs that will be provided as basis.

Requirements:

To be built on PHP/MYSQL.
Users add a job via a form (all job details & company details) > Review the listing > approve & pay for listing.
Ability for users to pay via credit card OR PayPal.
Users can search for jobs based on location, type, title,
List all active jobs on home page with pagination (20 job listings per page).
- Only show pagination if more than 20 jobs on the page.
Email confirmation for users when a job is created (link to their listing).
Automatic drop off dates for listings after set time periods (information to stay in database).
