Create a Order Form for Joomla as a Extension

Hi

I got a projekt for a client that is a Order form. Bascially i want someone to create a Joomla 2.5 extension where i can add menu items or items to a ordering form which is insane some sliders. Example: You press a menu called Appitizers and the menu slides open an inside there are 20 diffrent appitizers and you choose 5 of em and 8 of everyone. They all have a price and the total price will be added at the bottom.

Then you press the menu main courses and it slides oopen, inside you choose 4 diffrence ones and 2 of every one. All this gets added to the total. Then you click to close it and go at the bottom where you fill in you name,adress,phone etc and then you can se the total price and send it to a mail.

So it a ordering form for a resturant, where you choose diffrent items and its styled the same as my template. It shold be a extension for joomla 2.5 so i can add,deleate menus and items myself.

The hole menu of items will be provided to the freelancer i choose. Around 200 items. The menu and everything will be in Swedish.

Images and document will be provided. If you take the jobb i expect it do be done nicely and ontime, support at launch and the following days may be required. More project will follow in the future then if the job is done to my satisfaction.
