Probably 1 or 2 hours work for experienced Joomla / Virtuemart person

I need a Joomla/Virtumart combination with ALL reference to Joomla / Virtueart REMOVED (inc. copyright and graphic)

In ALL visible are Front end / Admin - I'm not bothored about in HTML or PHP code section.

Please do not bit if you don't have the necessary skills or are unable to do this today.

Would prefer some sort of backup or Script I can easily use to restore to target site although I am some what familiar with Joomla/Virtuemart installation.
