Create a web application from an existing desktop application

I am looking to hire a programer to convert my data base program to web base.
I have over 100 desk top users that need to be converted . The program is a stand alone desk top and was created in Access . My research tells me it can be done and will not have to be done from scratch , my current program can export the mde file out(in MDE format} and my thought is to have the web based program import the file and be ready for use with out losing time or re-entering data .
I have a web base administrator who manages my other web base programs and will pick this up also once developed but would like to keep relationship open after completion
I will share details and file once i evaluate skills and decide on the programer .please do not apply unless very well skilled in this area . The current program sorts and runs over a 75 different reports and is use every day and I will not compromise any of the functions or simplicity as it has been the corner stone of the success. My expertise is from the user standpoint and the intuitive features
