Batch Text Images from template

I am looking for someone who can create bulk images from text and template i will provide. You can either use Photoshop, or can use FFMPEG or any other image software, we just want output as same as template we give.
Text are of different lengths, so needs to be modified to fit in a specific space.
Please bid with timeframe and cost for 3000 images, and discuss if any limitation in terms of design. We are looking for best price + quality. Feedback not necessary!
