We need a you to design a webpage with an identical layout to this webpage...

^^ This is an index page, and we need ours to be like it (our wording, url, articles, links etc will be provided in PMS message)
NOTE: We just require that ONE INDEX PAGE made, and don't require the whole site made, Just make the one simple page (our wording, links etc will be provided in pms).
You need to make it in dremaweaver, so that if we need to edit it in the future, we can do so easily..... so need you to do it in dreamweaver format.
We need you to do an unlimited amount of changes to the site, if we require them, and NO Limits to the amount of changes- as we need it perfect, and instructions can change as the site is presented back to us)
We have the domain and hosting sorted out, just need that one page made.
This job should be Easy for somebody who knows what they are doing.
We are on a low budget and are just looking for around $15-$20 for you to make this page... What is your bid ?
