We are a web design company looking for a skilled freelancer we can build an ongoing relationship with. We have a couple of projects in the pipeline and if things work out there will be plenty more in the future. Some projects will require fixed price quoting and some will be per hour, but price will be dependent on the job requirement and the freelancer's level of technical ability.

Specifically we're looking for:
Website Design background
Strong PSD2HTML
Strong CSS
Experience developing responsive websites for mobile and tablet
Media Queries
Strong HTML
Sound PHP
Ability to modify existing PHP code, but not necessarily write it from scratch
Sound jQuery
Strong Joomla
Experience developing Joomla components, modules and plugins
Plenty of availability over the next three months
Ability to meet regularly in our office in Capalaba, Qld (south-east of Brisbane)
May consider phone or Skype contact, but prefer in-person contact
Ability to meet strict deadlines and project milestones on time
