Changes to wordpress dirctory theme

I have a directory that is currently set up using Premium Press Responsive Directory Theme - I need it to have the option to rank listings based on the overall number and score of testimonials. I want ranking to be based on social proof. Current set up has it ranked according to alphabet, date of listing, or price of plan selected.
I also need a page set up for Los Angeles listings only without doing a search - when page comes up - listings are present.
In addition, to give a comment or to assign a star rating to a listing - public needs to provide email their name and address.
I think these are minor issues, but I will need more work as I move forward.
