Change images on my website

The images for all the products on my e commerce site need to be changed. The new image files are already in the same folders as the image showing but they are named a little different. There are over 8000 images. I can only see getting the changes done by changing the image file name to the same name as the currently in place filename or changing the src in the code to the new image filename one at a time. With about 9000 images that would take a very long time.
I'm hoping someone out there knows a quick way to get the correct images showing on my site. The site platform is adobe business catalyst and the address is www.amasportbikefairings.com.
