BUG FIX: Drupal 7 Bug

We have a site running Drupal 7, it is currently experiencing a bug that prevents us from saving any main account info as well as generate a sitemap through cron. A folder named 'flickr' appears to be registered as the entry point, even though the module is no longer installed. Please see screenshot for further information.
