Bingo and Slot Software

Program to be customizable, changing of prize amounts, items to be won per game, dollar ammounts for each bingo card and/or package of cards, etc. Every bingo card should have its own ID with no duplicates. You MUST know the rules of bingo and all the diffrent game types eg 1 line, 2 line, blackout, 90- Ball, 75- Ball, etc. The main server(s) must be able to run multiple games at the same time with games starting every 5/10 mins with none starting at the same time. The image of the bingo room must be 3D with 3D avatars that can be customised by the player and be able move around the room and communicate with others. The tumbler and balls must also fit into this 3D environment. Different language support, namely French, English, Spanish, German, Swedish and Italian. A fully functioning chat server, some what of an integrated IRC. We want different chat rooms available in the bingo room, and user can choose the chat in any game they are in...or 'carry' the chat with them. We are also looking for free game play and premium service for a fee play. The site must have vast admin options to ban, kick, credit accounts, change prizes, player database, etc. In addition a range of 3D realistic slot games are required to run on the same page and time as the bingo games. Full payment options tied into website and through the software to make it easy for everyone to access. We want to accept Credit Cards, paypal, or any other major form of collecting money online. Entire site and software should have great encryption and security. Software and server must auto credit and debit accounts through our merchant accounts or whatever option the user has used to receive payment. Software must be made with growth in mind. Successful completion WILL lead to more jobs such as Casino, poker and sportsbook.

It is also important that the software can integrate into a network of other bingo sites and possibly be the network host.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
