Configure and implement API into backend (php with Laravel)

We need someone to configure and implement Xero APIs to automatically create a supplier/customer from a user account when required.

Combined with feeds, we can then automatically track moneys transfered to and from all site users.

And we also need to script an automatic aba file creation for the end of every work day for our supplier list. As well as a daily CSV/Excel dump of everything that should have gone out and everything that *did* go out, also scripted.

We're an online crowdsourcing platform where employers and employees engage in an online transitional agreement. Our payment processor is Eway and Merchant facility NAB.
