I need a website created (prefer based on a purchased template unless you have a quick and easy design). The target audience are people who have children with disabilities and we will provide them with some useful information and links on the website.
The website will consist of about 10 static pages and site map, in addition to 3 dynamic page for registration/login and request information.
ASP, ASP.net or PHP can be used with Access database or MySQL.

The domain has been registered already.
Content will be either provided or just leave space containers to be plugged in later.
