Customization of WP Booking Plug-in

I am looking for someone to customize the WP Booking Calendar plug-in ([login to view URL]) and make the following changes.
1. Modify the integration of payment system to allow for a shopping cart and check out.
2. Modify the plug-in to allow the option of a a Merchant Account with whatever service we chose
3. Modify the plug-in so that once the search has been completed and the customer is ready to book, once they click the book now button, they should be taken to a "pop up" screen that has the "terms" that the customer must click "I agree" before they can proceed.
4. Modify the plug-in so the customer should be given the option of setting up an account or proceding as a guest. This is so that they can log in to check on their booking later.
5. Modify the plug-in so that cnce payment has been processed, the customer should see a confirmation page that they can print instantly. In addition, the
customer should receive a Payment Confirmation.
