This project is to develop a web based change control system using a new mssql database. The front end should be .net

This system will allow a user to post a new change request. The request will be emailed to all of the users who need to view and/or approve the request. The users will click a link to go to the site and review and/or approve/deny the request. Whenever a request is changed an email update will be sent to all users.
