Write a UDP server in C# and client in

The goal of the project is to efficiently send three single precision floating point numbers across a local wifi network. UDP transfer must be used.
The server is to be delivered as a Visual Studio C# console project. Upon launch the server console should display its IP address and wait for a client to connect.
The client is to be delivered as an Android Studio project. Upon launch the client should connect to the server from the main activity. The client should receive the three floating point values asynchronously on a separate thread as not to block the rest of the application.
The code will be integrated into a larger existing project. Modularity is important. Please stick to the standard SDKs. We don't want to work with a difficult stack.
