Clone a very simple android app on iOS

I have recently made a very simple app for Android, that allows a scrolling of a image with small width and very large height. I want you to create an app on iOS with identical functions, that will work without any glitches and bugs.
The app will be designed to work both on iPad and iPhone.
I will include a full Android Studio project folder and also the apk file, I want you to deliver a Xcode project folder that will be ready for archiving.
You don’t have to create logos and loading screens, just include placeholders that I will be easily able to change into the actual logos myself.
The image itself that will be scrollable within the app will be very easy to replace with a different image with different height and width, so I will be able to easily make any changes and publish more apps with different images.
I want this project finished ideally within 1-2 weeks.
