Goal:
We would like to create an app that can be adapted and reused for ios.
The App:
This should be able to look good on both phone and tablets & in both landscape and portrait.
The app would allow us to upload our catalogues to server (whenever we have a new one or an updated one) and publish it to the app without having to update the app itself. The user would have the option to download the app for free from itunes store and then be presented with all our possible catalogues on the main menu, they would then have the option to choose to download a copy of it by clicking on the cover. The catalogue covers would be displayed in an order determined by us and we should have the ability to control this order dynamically on server.
The look of the app must be modern and sophisticated, it must be easy to use and intuitive.
Each catalogue should have be tracked by a version no so that a user can be notified automatically inside the app when there is a new version available for download.
We should have the ability to remove a catalogue from the server which would also remove it from the app.
The Catalogues in App:
Each catalogue would be displayed in full screen with a zoom option for easy reading. The user can go backwards and forwards through the pages and return to the menu so they can view other catalogues.
If they hold their device portrait it will display one page at a time and if they turn their device to landscape it will show them a double page spread.
There should be the ability to search and display page result.
Final Release:
The cost you quote MUST be the final price and it must include testing and making sure the app works correctly.
We would want a copy of the source code for our own future development.
