Convert Restaurant Android app to iPhone

We need to have our Android App converted to iPhone. Looking to have it work on all iPhone systems (do not need ipad).
The details of the project are outlined in the attached files. PSD files will be provided for graphics.
All the web services are complete. Will have 1 addition made to login webservice to send a unique phone identifier when logging in. Will need ability to receive push notifications and ability to turn these off in the settings. Developer will be responsible for editing push notification webservice.
We have a test server setup for app development and testing. App will need to be switched to current servers after app is up and running.
Will require code to pay on milestones.
