1. Modern,professional and easy to use. Not cheap [login to view URL] to also work on mobiles.

2. Input field for any address or lot/plan description in Australia which then shows a map, where you confirm this is the property you are inquiring about and if not you can tag the property somehow.... (geocoding/location intelligence/address validation)- use info from [login to view URL] (can the kml and google earth be installed on my website to avoid the downloading?) (also to work on mobiles- can you make a app if it is easier for mobile users which includes 2 to 5?)

3. Then after you confirm this is the property it lets you complete rest of the page (or takes you to a new page) and you click on items you want to buy for the property. Like multiple checkboxes with price next to it and then an info symbol, which if they hover over with the mouse it shows you info on that product.

4. Then checkout is straight after this with terms and conditions of use check box (which must be checked before you can proceed). Paypal or any other better service offering credit and debit card services...

5. I need the address, map and products, payment info to be emailed to me in one email.

6. Ability to have a Login page which connects to an external parties login page.

7. Standard features like home page (with the above feature dot point 2 to 5), about us, why choose us, contact us, blog & product examples)
