We are looking for a creative designer to create a logo for our new website [url removed, login to view] Helpful Information: 1) We create, sell and support software add-on modifications for magento-based ecommerce websites. 2) The logo will be used on the website and on software box images. 3) Our slogan is "Make More Money with Magento" 4) The preferred font type is Solex Italic. 5) Our preferred colors are black and red (see website [url removed, login to view]) 6) We would like the logo to be positioned to the left of the website name and slogan. DELIVERABLE: 1) Logo needs to be in JPG, PNG and GIF transparent format along with working file used to create the logo. 2) Need both a large size (500px x 500px) and small size (25px x 25px)

1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
