custom signature file for photorec

By mistake I installed windows 10 on a hard disk that had Linux installed previously.

On that hard disk there was a text file created with gedit that I need to recover. The text file does not have an extension.

Photorec can not recover files without extensions, but it may be possible to create a custom signature file as in the instructions bellow:

I can not follow those instructions, I need someone to create the signature file for a gedit text file and let me know how to add it to photorec on Linux.

Please note that this task is not recover the lost file, only to create the custom signature file and help me add it to photorec.
