I need someone to help me develop an Oracle PL/SQL application that can read/write to Betfair.

In particular I need someone to do the following:

1. Set up environment including certificates

2. Develop sample read/writes to Betfair Exchange API (JSON)

There will be 2 deliverables.

1. Instructions for setting up environment (e.g. certificates, Oracle Wallet etc)

2. Sample code for reading/writing to Betfair API (JSON)

To deliver this project we may have to Skype/IM to walk me through the set-up steps.

I have a lot of experience in PL/SQL but am unfamiliar with certificates and web services/API calls. So, I just need someone to help me with those aspects of my project.
