Clear Plesk server memory log files from system partition / Resize system partition

I have a CentOS VPS server which seems to have problems with disk space.
The system partition is using 100% of disk space (38GB).
I need someone to delete unnecessary files (e.g. log files) and then change Plesk settings so that this problem won't happen again.
Worst case, if disk space is an issue, I need someone to resize the system partition.
