I have a new website design in psd but i need some further work in design to create some order process pages for our product packages and also for our affiliate signup process.
I have attached the psd of our new design with an empty content area where the order process will be designed and I have included a pdf file with some instructions and clarifications as to what we need in the questionnaire people need to fill out when the sign up.
I have also included a screenshot of the affiliate sign up form on our current design to show you the information we will need to glean from new affiliates.
Then I need someone that can cut these psd pages into html.
