Convert site mock up from Flash to HTML5 using jQuery

We need the two main animations for our new site converted from Flash to HTML5 and CSS. The existing site under development is viewable at http://dev.xchangeuk.com. We have the native Flash files for the header and category animations/nav bars and would like the site's home page and those animations converted fully to jQuery in HTML5 using CSS. I also need several HTML5 standard effects for the product detail page to create pop ups that auto-centre and display either a larger image, an interface graphic and or system requirements while greying out the main page.
The products menu item will need to be modified to be a two generation drop down that echoes the three main product category groupings on the home page animation along with their subcategories so the header can be used on all the other site pages without the main animation. The blue and purple animated subcategories under the main animations will not be used and will be left blank to accommodate banners and special offers. There will also need to be a Cart button added to the right end of the nav bar that will have several states dependant upon whether a customer has anything in their cart of not. All actions in the dynamic menus, search functions, and navigation buttons must be able to append session information to the URLs.
The project above has been converted into the specification below. We now plan to use Magento as the core technology for our web sites and will need custom development work by a seasoned Magento developer.
Our web sites sell hundreds of software solutions from developers around the world. Each of these developers uses a different form of serial number or activation technology. We purchase and hold in a secure database the serial and activation codes for all products that we are able to deliver instantly when ordered online.
We need Magento modules that would allow the following:
We would need to be able to import into a new MySQL table from within the Magento interface the following information:
-Product SKU
-Serial Title 1
-Serial Code 1
-Serial Title 2
-Serial Code 2
-Serial Title 3
-Serial Code 3
-Serial Number Sold
We would want the date of import to be automatically entered into:
-Entered Date
When a corresponding product is sold online, the Magento checkout process will need to query this related table, search for unsold serials by SKU and Serial Number Sold = No, capture the Serial Title and Serial Code values from the relevant number of rows based upon the quantity sold and display this information to the user. The module will need to flag the serial code(s) as sold, and populate the following columns:
-Sold Date
-Order ID
This information needs to be linked to the order history for the customer/order record so it is always available should the customer need to research their order or reinstall their software in the future.
The information should also be included in both the order confirmation email template if appropriate and appear on the PDF invoice.
