A digital video library (like the one found in [url removed, login to view]) needs to be set up.
The proposed software is DSpace, Invenio or Omeca
The library should be user-friendly and have easy-to-use upload/download videos functionalities.
Access to a VM (we will setup it together given the specifications of the library) where the library will be setup will be provided.
