Design a lightning fast and stable MySQL-database.
Develop an interface between the database and a Java-application.
Create an UML-diagram based on the finished solution.
**Background**
The current database handles million real time requests based on a bulk-SMS application. Due to this and the simple structure of the database, queries are getting slow and unmanageable. In order to be able to meet customers increasing demands the structure must be redesign.
This is a work for an experienced MySQL-programmer. The SQL queries can be changed based on your input so suggestions are most welcome.
The table "ShortMessage" currently contains over 10 millions of rows and the queries to this table have different parameters. Sometimes you need to search based on time-interval, sometimes on account or messageID etc.
**Requirements**
* The developer should provide all source code including libraries.
* The developer should provide a script for our developer that installs the MySQL-database on an Ubuntu server.
* The developer should provide an hourly rate for any additional work on the database.
