Add in-app-purchase to android app

I have a very simple mobile app which is almost ready for publishing but I need some help adding an in app purchase feature.
My app retrieves data from a rest service and stores this to a local database for future use. I need the iap feature to allow the user to purchase the data to make it available for them to download.
The rest of the functionality for the app is complete.
I will make the project available as an eclipse project.
