The app is a car cruise control. So the ICON should be related to Advanced Cruise Control, or intelligent cruise control or something that implies its not a normal cruise control.
The first panel stays up most of the time.
It shows two speed limit signs.
One sign is close up and large and shows the current speed limit.
The other sign is way in the background and is smaller and shows the future speed limit sign coming later.
If the speed is wrong, the user can tap on the sign to adjust it, this action brings up the second panel.
It should have a way to turn the cruise system on and off.
It should have a way to exit.
The second panel is a way to change a mistaken speed limit.
It must be car friendly, so the user doesn't wreck his car looking at it while driving.
Some way to pick a slightly higher/lower speed limit.
It should have a way to accept or cancel.
Dimensions:
The screen is inside a special car rear view mirror.
The app/screen area is rather large at 7-inches wide. 16:9 1280x480 pixels
