I have a project where we are working on an app (iOS for now, will expand to Android later) with our app developer. I am looking for someone with more of a design/creative background to help make the app look perfect.

The app has limited "functionality" at this stage and we are moving to Phase2 to have it do all that we want but it doesn't "look" like what we have in mind. We have sketched come basics of our vision but want someone with app design expertise to actually bring it to life.
