Create/design window sticker for window display

I'm looking for someone who is capable of creating a window sticker for an eyewear retail store's window display. The theme display is for Valentine's Day.
The draft deadline is on 01/15 @ 3PM. Final deadline is on 01/18 @ 1 PM
SPECIFICATIONS:
-Negative Space (see picture "negative space sample")
- Dimensions attached (see "jins display" for dimensions, the second page includes dimensions particularly for the heart shape where the glasses will be)
- eyeglasses shapes will be provided (see "glasses_vector" attachment )(color: white)
- the shape of the glasses needs to be intact without cropping
- sizing the eyeglasses shapes preferably a gradient from large (Top) to small (bottom). I'm also open to any sizes of the shape (please use "jins display" as a guideline for the shape sizes)
