Create A Custom Cursive Font

I would like 6 true type font sets, each with all lowercase and uppercase letters to use to make worksheets to teach children cursive. Fonts need to be compatible with Windows and Mac.
The six font types include each letter alone, each letter shown with lines (3 lines to mimic lined paper), each letter with lines and arrows to show the steps to form the letter, each letter dotted without any lines behind it so kids may trace it, each letter dotted with lines behind it, and each letter with an open outline so kids can color it.
The cursive is based on the Zaner-Bloser alphabet but please use my examples from the attachment as the basis for the letters to avoid copyright issues.
